"The architectural-artistic approach has created a unique courthouse that has historical references to the temples of ancient times, and at the same time being strongly influenced by the Nordic humanistic modernism, with human scale and beautiful harmonized light effects in the interior distributionrooms - which in all gives an exalted, yet humane whole"
