Plus Renewable Technologies Limited and Avondale Solar LLC have entered into an agreement to sell their interests in a 440 MW solar PV project in Fort Bend County, Texas, called Fighting Jays Solar to CIP.
The two companies have been planning and developing the project. The construction undertaken by CIP is expected to take place between late 2020 and summer 2022.
