CIP has entered an agreement securing equity investment capital for the project Greasewood a 255 Mwac solar project in Pecos County, Western Texas.
The project is a utility scale solar project with power offtake and tax equity making it possible for CIP to capture greenfield premiums, and long term PPA’s with three local utilities for a total volume of 150 MWac.
The project is including tax equity financing with partial divestment contemplated post COD (Q4 2019).
