CIP has entered an agreement securing equity investment capital for the project SOO GREEN, an utility-scale transmission project of up to - 2.1GW.
The transmission line is expected to be ~560km and will be buried alongside an existing railroad where it will transmit power from the wind-rich and lower-priced MISO power market in Iowa to the higher-priced PJM power market in Illinois.
