    PensionDanmark sells 700 apartments to Nordic property fund manager NREP

    PensionDanmark has today sold its entire residential property portfolio to a property fund managed by Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP). The portfolio includes 700 apartments in the Copenhagen region, Vejle and Aarhus.

    PensionDanmark wins two new awards for green investments

    International journal Environmental Finance has awarded PensionDanmark two of its annual awards for investment within climate, energy and the environment. PensionDanmark's CEO receives the award for "Environmental Finance Personality of 2013", and investment in the biofuel power station at Brigg in the UK won the award as the investment of the year in bioenergy.

    PensionDanmark: Equities, infrastructure and real estate ensures return on investment of DKK 9.1 billion in 2013

    In 2013 PensionDanmark achieved a return of 7.1% on its investment portfolio. Investments in global equities returned more than 20%, but also investments in wind farms and real estate contributed significantly on the positive side. In the last five years, a typical member has received an accumulated return of more than 60% on his savings.

    PensionDanmark investing DKK 200m in new climate investment fund

    PensionDanmark is investing DKK 200m in the Danish Climate Investment Fund, which was established at the initiative of the Danish Investment Fund For Developing Countries (IFU). The Fund will be investing in climate-related projects in developing countries. All of the projects will make extensive use of Danish technology and know-how.
