    Six leading Danish foundations and associations adopt the pension sector’s Tax Code of Conduct

    Six of Denmark’s large foundations and associations will from January 2021 join the Tax Code of Conduct developed by ATP, Industriens Pension, PensionDanmark and PFA in 2019. With a new group of institutional investors joining the Tax Code of Conduct, responsible tax behaviour moves even higher on the agenda both in Denmark and abroad.

    PensionDanmark named European Pension Fund of the Year at the IPE Awards 2020

    Denmark’s biggest labour market pension fund won as many as three awards at the IPE Conference and Awards 2020, including the prize as European Pension Fund of the Year.

    PensionDanmark nominated for CSR Award 2020

    As the only financial company, PensionDanmark is nominated together with six other large Danish companies for the annual CSR Award given by FSR – Danish Danish Auditors. 67 companies were evaluated in the process.

    PensionDanmark accelerates development of sustainable student accommodation units

    In a partnership with Boligfonden DTU and Scandi Byg, PensionDanmark has developed a formula for efficient development of attractive student accommodation units made of wood. The units are climate sustainable and the rent is well below the monthly grant for students not living at home.

    For the second year running, PensionDanmark was awarded in the Platinum category as Real Assets & Infrastructure Investor of the Year at the IPE Real Estate Global Conference & Awards. PensionDanmark also won the award for Alternatives Strategy for real estate investments.

    PensionDanmark invests in the world’s largest renewable energy infrastructure fund

    PensionDanmark has committed 500 million EUR to CI IV, the new fund established by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. The fund is on track to become one of the largest renewable energy infrastructure funds ever raised globally and is thus an important contributor to the realization of the global climate ambitions.
