PensionDanmark’s achievements within sustainable real estate investment prompted international acknowledgement at the IPE Real Estate Awards, held on Thursday night in Amsterdam.
At the award show encompassing pension funds from across the globe, Denmark’s largest labour-market pension fund received the award for “Value-add Strategy”.

The award was given for PensionDanmark’s dedicated team of specialists overseeing all stages of the investment process and management, a core real estate platform ensuring focus on value, sustainability and technical standards and the ability to take on complex developments and refurbishment projects.
